Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents.
The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that against a mutation order passed in his favour a restoration applcation filed by the opposite party on 23.06.2006 has not been decided finally till date.
In view of the above, without entering into the merits of the controversy between the parties, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent no. 2, Tehsildar, Tehsil Harraiya, District Basti to consider and decide the restoration application expeditiously, positively within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
