This application under Section 482, Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking a suitable direction to the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IInd, Jaunpur, District- Jaunpur, to expedite/ conclude the proceeding of Case No. 972 of 2015 (State Vs. Rana Singh and Others) arising out of Case Crime No. 75 of 1996, under Section 323, 504, 324, 506 I.P.C., P.S.- Jalalpur, District- Jaunpur, as expeditiously as possible within stipulated time.
After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and after perusing the averments as contained in the present application, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the learned learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IInd, Jaunpur, District- Jaunpur, to conclude the proceeding of Case No. 972 of 2015 (State Vs. Rana Singh and Others) arising out of Case Crime No. 75 of 1996, under Section 323, 504, 324, 506 I.P.C., P.S.- Jalalpur, District- Jaunpur, most expeditiously, strictly in accordance with law, after hearing the parties and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if possible within a period of six months from the date of production of a downloaded copy of this order before it Order Date :- 25.10.2021 S.Verma
