1. This application has been sent through jail for releasing the applicant on furlough.

2. It appears from the jail report that when convict prisoner was released on furlough for 10 days in the year 2009, he surrender late by 443 days and was to be arrested by the police. Considering this fact, his application has been rightly rejected by the authority. This Court also find no other reason except to reject this application in view of the above conduct of the convict. This application is accordingly rejected.
