The present writ petition has been filed against the order dated 24.8.2019 passed by the Consolidation Officer, Halliya, District Mirzapur in Case No.1446.
The order has been passed in a case registered under Section 9-A(2) of U.P Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 (hereinafter referred to as Act, 1953).
It has been stated that the order is an ex parte order and was passed without giving the petitioners any opportunity of hearing.
The petitioners have the remedy to file an appeal under Section 11(1) of the Act, 1953 or if advised, to file a recall application for recall of the order dated 24.8.2019.
The writ petition is dismissed in view of the availability of alternative remedy.
