Ref. Order on Criminal Misc. Correction Application No.1 of 2019.
Heard Sri A.K.Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned AGA appearing for the State and also perused the record.
The correction application has been moved for correction in the order dated 17.1.2019 passed by this Court.
The correction application is allowed and the order dated 17.1.2019 is corrected as under:-
"In 2nd line of 5th paragraph of the order dated 17.1.2019, section 2/3 of U.P Gangster sand Anti-social Activities(Prevention) Act, 1986 is deleted and in its place section 3(1) of U.P Gangsters and Anti-social Activities(Prevention) Act, 1986 is substituted and the same shall be read as such."
Accordingly, the correction application stands disposed off.
