The sole grievance of the petitioner is that the Restoration Application filed by the petitioner on 3.10.2020 for the recalling of the order dated 13.2.2019 was not being decided and, therefore, a prayer for a direction has been made that the Restoration Application be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid Application.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Case No. 472 of 2019 (Computerized Case No. T201902030400472) be decided within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. Copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
