Aged about 40 years. …Respondents (By Sri G.B. Sharath Gowda, Advocate for R1 R2 is served but unrepresented) This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to quash the order dated 12.12.2012 at Annexure-‘E’ passed by the said Karnataka Information Commissioner under Column 19(a) of the RTI Act and etc.
