Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents and perused the record.
Present petition has been for directing the respondents to take appropriate decision upon the order/ letter dated 01.07.2021 forwarded by District Panchayat Raj Officer Ghazipur before respondent no. 4 within stipulated period of time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court, in respect of release of payment for development work from the present Village Pradhan which was completed during the period of petitioner as Village Pradhan of Village Panchayat Peethapur Bindvaliya, Block Sadar, District Ghazipur.
The grievance of the petitioner is that on the letter dated 1.7.2021 till date nothing has been done by the respondent no. 4.
Accordingly, present petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 4, Additional Development Officer (Panchayat) Block Ghazipur, District- Ghazipur to consider and decide the claim/ letter dated 1.7.2021 on its own merits, strictly in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of self- attested copy of this order, which may be verified from the official website of this Court.
It is made clear that this Court has not considered the claim of the petitioner on merit.
With the aforesaid observation/ direction, present petition stands disposed of.
