Last time there was no representation for the petitioner in this matter. When the matter came up for hearing today, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the Indian Oil Corporation and party respondent that this writ petition is filed by forging the signature of person who is named as the petitioner. Since no explanation is forthcoming on the side of the petitioner, I accept the above submission made on the side of the Indian Oil Corporation and dismiss the writ petition. A.
