JUDGMENT / ORDER

Respondents party-in-person Mr. K.N. Solanki and Mr. K.P. Joshi are present in the Court. However, respondent party-in-person Mr. M.B. Patel is absent. It is stated that respondent party-in-person Mr. M.B. Patel is busy in social function at his house and therefore, he could not remain present. The respondents party-in-person requests for time on the ground that proposal is already forwarded to the Government to make arrangement to defend their case.
Hence, S.O. to 11.4.2012.
