Smt. Rama petitioner no. 1 appears before this Court, she claims to be major she has filed her Aadhar Card showing her date of birth on 01.01.2001. She has completed 18 years, she states that voluntary married to Upendra @ Oppey @ Arun petitioner no.2.
In view of the statement of Rama the petition is disposed of with a direction that the petitioners shall not be arrested in Case Crime No.135 of 2018 under Sections 363, 366 I.P.C., P. S.- Khairgarh, District-Firozabad till the submission of police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C.
