Learned advocate for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with a view to making appropriate application to the respondent Commission in view of the fact that though the applicant filed proceedings within time limit, the same have yet not been taken up for consideration by the Commission and the period during which interim relief was directed to continue to operate is about to come to an end.

2. The permission to withdraw the application is granted. The application stands disposed of as withdrawn so as to enable the applicant to make appropriate application before the respondent Commission.
