Petitioner is working as Assistant Teacher in an institution established by the Social Welfare Department of State of U.P., at Jaunpur. He is claiming benefit of salary in higher pay band in terms of the order issued by the Director, Samaj Kalyan, dated 29.5.2017. It is stated that such benefit is liable to be extended to the petitioner w.e.f. 28.2.2013, but despite repeated representations, the benefit admissible has not been extended to the petitioner.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that grievance of petitioner can be examined by the authority concerned, in accordance with law.
Considering the above, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach respondent no.2, in respect of his grievance annexing all relevant materials in support of his claim, alongwith certified copy of this order, within two weeks from today. In case such a claim is raised, the same shall be examined by the authority concerned, in accordance with law, by means of a reasoned speaking order, within a further period of four months, thereafter.
