The instant application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing of the non bailable warrant dated 10.01.2019 issued by Additional Sessions Judge-II, Agra in complaint case no. 234 of 2002 bearing S.S.T. No. 207 of 2002 (Pt. Deena Nath Sharma Vs. Santosh and others), under sections 363, 364-A, 365, 506, 120-B IPC, P.S. New Agra, District Agra.
Learned counsel for the applicant has made limited prayer that the applicant is willing and ready to appear before the court below as directed by this Hon'ble Court.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with direction that the applicant shall appear on or before 06.05.2019 before the court along with appropriate application and the same shall be decided expeditiously, preferably within two months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it.
Till the disposal of the said application the non bailable warrant dated 10.01.2019 shall be kept in abeyance.
The application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed of accordingly.
