Sri K.R. Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, at the outset, submits that the District Collector, Deoria, pursuant to the writ court order and Government Order dated 22 February 2019, has passed order of compliance dated 13 May 2019.
Learned counsel for the applicant is aggrieved by the order of the District Collector, Deoria.
In view thereof, since the writ court order has been complied, it is always open to the aggrieved applicant to raise a challenge to the order of the District Collector before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law.
The contempt petition is consigned to record with the aforesaid liberty.
