Learned counsel for the applicant states that the sole applicant has died, therefore, this application has become infructuous.
Sri R.P. Kanaujiya, learned counsel for the opposite party states that a draft of Bank of Baroda dated 13.8.2010 being draft no. 450991 of Rs. 5000/- in favour of opposite party no. 2 was produced before the court vide order dated 19.10.2010 which may be released in favour of the opposite party no. 2.
The Registrar General is directed to release the same in favour of opposite party no. 2.
Accordingly, the application is rejected as infructuous.
