Heard learned Additional Government Advocate and perused the record.
Upon hearing the learned Additional Government Advocate and perused the record, I find that the present revision has been filed against the summoning of the revisionist under provision of Section 319 Cr.P.C. for trial together with co- accused in a case under Section 498-A IPC.
There is no illegality or irregularity in the impugned order dated 8.12.1998 passed by learned Magistrate, Agra and there is no sufficient ground for interfering with or setting aside the impugned order. The revision has got no force and is liable to be dismissed.
Accordingly, the criminal revision is dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
