Sri Vishal Kakkar, the learned Standing Counsel on instructions states that consequent to encroachments having been found to exist, proceedings under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 have been instituted and that the same shall be taken to their logical conclusion in accordance with law. Sri Kakkar states that the concerned Assistant Collector shall endeavour to conclude the proceedings within a period of three months from today.
The statement so made is recorded and accepted.
Consequently, nothing further survives in this petition which shall stand disposed of.
