Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Learned counsel representing the Jal Sansthan states that subject to verification of all facts and contentions on merits being kept open, all remainder retiral dues, which are found to be admittedly due and payable, shall be released in favour of the petitioner within a period of three months from today. The statement so made is accepted and recorded.
Accordingly, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
