Notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1, 3 and 4 has been accepted by the office of learned Chief Standing Counsel, whereas Sri Ashok Kumar Verma has accepted notice on behalf of respondent No.2.
Issue notice to the respondent Nos. 5 and 6, returnable at an early date.
Respondents to file their counter affidavit within four weeks. Two weeks' time thereafter shall be available to the learned counsel for the petitioner to file rejoinder affidavit.
List this case after expiry of the aforesaid period.
It has been stated by the learned State Counsel on the basis of instructions received from Sub Divisional Officer, Ram Sanehi Ghat, District Barabanki, that earlier on plots in question, the respondent Nos. 5 and 6 were running a poultry farm without any permission from the Pollution Control Board or other authorities as may be required under law, however, for about last six months, they are not running the poultry form.
Be that at it may, in these circumstances, we direct the Sub Divisional Officer, Ram Sanehi Ghat, District Barabanki to personally pay a visit to the poultry farm and ensure that without requisite permission of the Pollution Control Board and any other department, if any, the poultry form is not run.
