The sole grievance of the petitioner is that the Gram Pradhan of the village was converting a chak drain into a chak road. It is submitted that in this regard the petitioner has represented before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Barhaj, District Deoria but no action was being taken.
Under such circumstances, the petitioner may move a fresh application before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Barhaj, District Deoria. In the event such an application is moved within a period of 15 days from today along with a certified copy of this order, the same shall be decided within a period of 90 days thereafter, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
