The present writ petition has been filed against the order dated 12.7.2019 passed by the Settlement Officer of Consolidation, Sidharth Nagar.
The petitioner prays that the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn to enable him to exercise the alternative remedy challenging the said order under Section 48 of the U.P Consolidation of Holding Act, 1953.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
