2. This criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C., has been filed aggrieved by judgment and orders dated 02.11.1992 and 17.10.192 passed by Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Etah in Criminal Revision No.62 of 1992 arising out of Criminal Case No.52 of 1992 under Section 125 Cr.P.C.
3. Having gone through the record, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
