After some arguments, counsel for the petitioner prays for that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition and to file for recall/review/correction application of the order dated 05.10.2018 passed in Writ-C No. 3246 of 2018.
In view of the statement so made, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with as liberty aforesaid.
