This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to direct the court below to conclude the trial in Criminal Case No.3117 of 2016, arising out of Case Crime No.44 of 2015, under Sections 419, 420, 406, 506 I.P.C., Police Station-Kotwali, District-Azamgarh, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Azamgarh.
Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since 2016 and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments as expeditiously as possible, if there is no other legal impediment.
