Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner by means of the present writ petition has assailed the transfer order dated 03.10.2018 passed by Deputy Commandant General, Home Guards.
Perusal of impugned order reveals that transfer of the petitioner has been made in administrative exigency.
Accordingly, this Court does not find any illegality in the transfer order.
The writ petition lacks merit and is dismissed.
