Grievance of the petitioner is that after the demarcation was done and boundaries were put on the relevant spots they are being removed by the private respondents.
If that is the case, then the petitioner may move a fresh application before the Sub Divisional Officer, Mant, Mathura, under Section 22/23 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. This application shall be filed alongwith a copy of this order.
If the application is filed within a period of two weeks from today then the same shall be decided within a period of one month thereafter.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
