1. Called in revise. None appeared to press this revision. In the circumstances, I myself have perused the record.
2. This criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C., has been filed aggrieved by the judgment and order dated 21.04.1992 passed by XIIth Additional Sessions Judge, Meerut. The Vth Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Meerut vide order dated 01.07.1991 convicted revisionist and sentenced him to undergo six year rigorous imprisonment under Section 452 IPC with fine of Rs.,000/-, Six months rigorous imprisonment under Section 352/34 IPC with fine of Rs. 1,000/-, three months rigorous imprisonment under Section 324/34 IPC with fine of Rs.200/- and one month rigorous imprisonment under Section 323/34. Thereagainst, revisionist preferred Criminal Appeal No.46 of 1991 and Appellate Court while allowing the appeal set aside judgment and order passed by Trial Court and acquitted all accused-respondents. Being aggrieved the revisionist preferred present revision.
3. Having gone through the record, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
