1. This writ petition is a letter sent by detenue from jail. It was said that he has completed his sentence but has not been released from jail.
2. Learned A.G.A. has filed an affidavit, stating in para 4 that petitioner Ramnath S/o Ram Sahai has already been released from Central Jail, Naini, District Prayagraj on 31.8.1996.
3. In the circumstances, nothing survives.
4. Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
