JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 40
Case :- MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 6307 of 2019 Petitioner :- Ram Nath Singh Respondent :- Civil Judge (Junior Division) City, Jaunpur And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Sheetala Prasad Pandey Hon'ble Manoj Kumar Gupta,J.
The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide application for temporary injunction Paper No.6-C pending in Original Suit No.523 of 2012 within a stipulated period.
A perusal of the order sheet reveals that on 10.5.2019, the plaintiff filed an application for permission to serve the defendants by publication. The court accordingly granted time to him to take steps in that regard.
Having regard to the above facts, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the application for temporary injunction expeditiously, by fixing short dates, soon after all the defendants are duly served.
(Manoj Kumar Gupta, J) Order Date :- 22.8.2019 SL
