The apprehension raised by the petitioners in the representation cannot be a reason to issue a mandamus to respondent No.2 namely the District Magistrate, Ballia to consider the objection of the petitioners.
It is open for the petitioners to participate in the open meeting of the Gram Panchayat, if any, held for allotment of fair price shop.
