Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms. Usha Kiran for the respondent No.3.
The grievance of the petitioners is that the respondents are taking high voltage transmission line of 11 KVA over his residential house.
The petitioners in regard to the above grievance have already submitted representation dated 15.06.2019 filed as Annexure-1 to the writ petition before the District Magistrate.
The District Magistrate under the Works of Licensees Rules, 2006 is the competent authority to look into the said grievance of the petitioners.
Accordingly, we dispose off the writ petition with the direction to the District Magistrate, respondent No.2 to consider and decide the above objections or the grievance of the petitioners in accordance with the Rules most expeditiously, preferably within a period of 6 weeks from the date a copy of this order is produced before him.
