The only relief prayed for in the instant petition is for issuance of a direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No.54 of 1990 within a time specified by this Court.
The suit has been filed by the petitioner and is pending since the year 1990 i.e. for more than 27 years.
Having regard to the said fact, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial court to make all endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments.
