This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to direct the concerned police not to harass the applicant and not to attach the property of the applicant from which the accused namely Rinku@Abhishek Singh, having no concern in pursuance of attachment order dated 24.8.2019 passed by the J.M.-Ist, Prayagraj in Case Crime No. 217 of 2017, State vs. Rinku@Abhishek, under Sections 363, 366 I.P.C., P.S.- Karchhana, District- Prayagrraj.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. Perused the record.
Learned counsel for the applicant has not been able to point out any such illegality or impropriety in the impugned order, much less than any abuse of court's process which may persuade this Court to interfere in the same. Only apprehension that has been expressed on behalf of the applicant is that the property of the applicant may get attached though it should not be attached as the proceedings under Section 82 Cr.P.C. relates to the accused of the case. Submission is that the applicant being father, he apprehends that his property may be attached. The grievance of the applicant is only in the nature of anticipated possibility or an apprehension. It does not appear to be a good ground to file an application in order to alleviate or forestall a non event which has not taken place as yet.
The application lacks merit and stands dismissed.
