1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and perused the record of the case.
2. The petitioner has only made a prayer for issuance of a Mandamus to the respondent No. 1 to consider and decide representations dated 23.09.2016, 06.02.2018 and another representation dated 06.02.2018 (Annexure Nos. 5, 8 and 11) made by the petitioner and the respondent No. 1 further be commanded to direct the respondents No. 2 and 4 to pay T.A. bill due to the petitioner.
3. Learned counsel for respondent Bank, Mr. Habib Ahmad, has pointed out that the writ petitioner suffers from misjoinder of parties as the respondent No. 1 has no concern at all with the respondents No. 2 and 4, he cannot issue any directions as are prayed for in the writ petition.
4. The writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition with proper array of the parties.
