By means of instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., quashing of non-bailable warrant dated 28.9.2016 as well as process under Section 82 Cr.P.C. issued against the applicant by C.J.M.,Sant Kabir Nagar in Criminal Case No. 1671 of 2011 arising out of Case Crime No.172 of 2000 under Section 409 I.P.C., Police Station Bakhira, District Sant Kabir Nagar has been prayed for.
The instant case pertains to year 2000 and it is not clear since when the applicant has been absconding.
In view aforesaid, I do not find any ground for interference in this case. The application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is, accordingly, dismissed.
