Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The primary prayer made in the writ petition, reads thus:
“(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 10.12.2017 bearing Case Crime No.1094 of 2017, Under Section 363, 366 of I.P.C., at Police Station Karvi Kotawali, District Chitrakoot. (Contained as Annexure No.1 to the writ petition) Mr. Murtaza, learned AGA, on instructions, submits that the investigating agency has filed a closure/final report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, bearing no.1/2018 dated 12.09.2018 and in view thereof, this petition renders infructuous.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.
