Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

The only ground which is addressed in challenge to the orders impugned is that the surplus land of the petitioner was computed on three occasions. No other submission has been addressed.

The Court finds no ground to interfere with the orders impugned in light of the sole contention which is noted above.

The writ petition is dismissed.
