Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The petitioner has approached before this Court praying for direction to the Additional Districy Judge, Court no. 15 Allahabad to consider and decide the Sessions Trial No. 1549 of 2011(State Vs. Maharajdeen and others) arising out of case crime no. 122 of 2002 under sections 323, 504 506 I.P.C. and section 3(1)(x) of S.C. and S.T. Act pending since 30.11.2011 as expeditiously as possible.
The argument is that charges were framed in this case in the year 2013 as yet evidence has not been started in this case.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case within a period of two years from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
