This writ petition is filed seeking following reliefs:-
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the Respondent No. 2 Up-Ziladhikari Sadar, District Jaunpur to decide the suit no. T-202014360407242 of 2020 (Ram Lagan Versus Gaon Sabha and others) under Section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, (Annexure no. 1) within some stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
(ii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to defendant-respondent no. 3 to 5 as well as plaintiffs-respondents no. 6 to 10 to not interfere in the peaceful possession of the petitioner in respect of land in dispute till the disposal of the suit before respondent no. 2.
(iii) Issue a suitable writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case.
Sri Ali Hasan, learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions, undertakes that either petitioner in person or through Advocate, shall appear on each and every date before the appropriate authority.
Taking note of the undertaking, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to concerned authority to decide the above referred application expeditiously, preferably within the period of six months from the date of production of a copy of this order.
