Against the order of termination dated 27.5.2018, petitioner has remedy of preferring an appeal under the applicable govt. order before the Commandant General (Home Guard).
Leaving it open for the petitioner to challenge the order before the appellate authority, this petition is consigned to records. However, it is provided that in case petitioner prefers an appeal within two weeks from today, the same shall be entertained, on merits, by the authority competent and shall be decided, in accordance with law, expeditiously.
