Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents.
The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that the mutation case instituted in the year 2017 under Section 34 of the UP Land Revenue Act has not been disposed of, till date.
In view of the above, without entering into the merits of the controversy between the parties, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent no. 2, Tehsildar, Tehsil Martinganj, Azamgarh to consider and decide the mutation case No. 786 of 2017 under Section 34 of the UP Land Revenue Act (Ram Kumar and others vs. Smt. Vidya Devi and others) expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
