The present writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondent No. 1, i.e., Deputy Director of Consolidation, Saharanpur to decide the stay application filed by the petitioner on 27.7.2021.
From the averments made in the writ petition, it is not clear as to the proceedings in which the stay application has been filed before the Deputy Director of Consolidation.
Because of the lack of sufficient particulars in the writ petition, no relief as prayed by the petitioner can be granted.
The writ petition is dismissed.
