Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
The instant contempt petition has been filed for flouting the order dated 14.3.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 6088 of 2019, for deciding Case No. 347/Misc/2015 (Birja vs. Ram Kishore & others), under Section 145 Cr.P.C., P.S. Bisanda, District Banda,, expeditiously.
On specific query, learned counsel for the applicant is unable to show that there is any wilful or deliberate disobedience on the part of the opposite party complying the writ court order.
In view thereof, petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to make an appropriate expedite application. In the event, such an application is filed, the same shall be decided in accordance with law.
