This revision has been filed with a prayer to allow the revision and set aside the judgement and order dated 30.10.1992 passed by Special Judge/ Addl. Sessions Judge, Saharanpur in S.T. No. 468 of 1990 (State Vs. Jai Chand and others), Police Station Nagla, District Saharanpur.
I have perused the impugned judgement and found that the reasons assigned by recording the order of acquittal is believable. Further perusal of the impugned judgement it reveals that the injuries on the side of the defence has not been properly explained and in the impugned judgement it has not been ascertained that as to which of the party were aggressors and which were defenders. Further it reveals from the impugned judgement that neither there is any illegality nor perversity in the passing the order of acquittal. Moreso, the learned counsel for the revisionist is not present to press this revision.
This revision lacks merit and is hereby dismissed.
