Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief:
"(i) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the competent authority respondent No.2 to 4 to make proper and fair inquiry for irregularities and embezzlement has been committed by respondent No.6 and 7 with conclusion of respondent No.8 and take legal action against the quality person accordance with law."
The respondent Nos. 2 to 4 shall make a fair inquiry. This petition shall also be considered as a representation made by the petitioner/Ram Khiladi. Respondents shall take a decision within 12 weeks from today.
It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter at this stage.
With these observations, this petition is disposed of.
