Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No. 2, Tehsildar, Phoolpur Prayagraj (Allahabad) to decide the Case No. 2170 of 2014, Under Section 34 of U.P. Land Revenue Act 1901, pending in the Court of Tehsildar, Phoolpur, Prayagraj- (Allahabad) (Ram Khelawan Vs. Ram Baran) expeditiously as early as possible order same within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
It is stated that a mutation case filed by the petitioner is pending consideration since the year 2014.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2/Tehsildar, Phoolpur Prayagraj (Allahabad) to decide the mutation case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
