Heard Sri Shiva Shanker Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
By means of this application, the only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the court below i.e. Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III, Jaunpur to decide the Complaint Case No.236 of 2017 (new number 6468 of 2017) (Ram Karan vs. Ram Surat) under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B I.P.C., Police Station Madiyahu, District Jaunpur, within a stipulated period.
Considering the facts of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed off with a direction to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III, Jaunpur to consider and decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties expeditiously from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
