Present petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent authorities to remove illegal encroachment from Arazi No. 304 situated at Village Dudhaura, Tehsil Kasimabad, District Ghazipur within stipulated period.
Sri Singh submits that the encroachment has been removed and therefore, present petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
