The only relief pressed by the plaintiff-landlord/ petitioner in this petition is that SCC Revision No.17 of 2014 {Ram Govind Mishra (deceased) and others vs. Allahabad Hardware Trading Company} pending in the court of District Judge, Allahabad, may be directed to be decided within a time bound period.
Learned counsel for the plaintiff-landlord/ petitioner submits that expeditious disposal of rent cases is a statutory mandate as reflected from Rule 15(3) of the U.P. Urban Buildings (Regulation of Letting, Rent and Eviction) Rules, 1972 but the aforesaid case is pending from about four years.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is disposed of providing that the concerned court below shall decide the aforesaid execution case in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within four months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
